揿针疗法干预癌痛患者阿片类药物相关性便秘的效果观察
Clinical effect of thumbtack needle therapy for opioid-induced constipation in patients with cancer pain

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of thumbtack needle therapy for opioid related constipation in patients with cancer pain.Methods Eighty cancer pain patients with opioid related constipation who were admitted to Department of Oncology,Guangdong Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group according to whether they took thumbtack needle therapy for constipation,with 40 patients in each group.There were 26 males and 18 females in the control group;they were(61.05±8.82)years old.There were 26 males and 16 females in the observation group;they were(61.83±9.09)years old.The control group received routine care for opioid related constipation;in addition,the observation group took thumbtack needle therapy.The scores of the Opioid Related Constipation Assessment Scale and the severities of constipation were compared between the two groups.t test,analysis of variance,and x2 test were applied.Results Before the intervention,there were no statistical differences between the two groups in terms of gender,age,education level,body mass index,nutrition screening score,and score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)(all P＞0.05).The scores of Opioid Related Constipation Assessment Scale before the intervention and on day 7 and 14 of the thumbtack needle therapy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(35.55±9.26)vs.(32.80±6.37),(29.35±5.81)vs.(36.08±8.86),and(23.23±6.45)vs.(37.95±7.65)].The scores of bowel movement patterns,outcomes,and drug impact dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(all P＜0.05).The severities of opioid related constipation and on day 7 and 14 of the thumbtack needle therapy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences between the two groups(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Thumbtack needle therapy has a significant effect on opioid related constipation,improving the symptoms of opioid related constipation in patients with cancer pain and reducing the severity of opioid related constipation.关键词
