揿针疗法干预癌痛患者阿片类药物相关性便秘的效果观察OA
Clinical effect of thumbtack needle therapy for opioid-induced constipation in patients with cancer pain
目的 评价揿针疗法在癌痛患者阿片类药物相关性便秘中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年1月至2023年1月在广东省第二中医院肿瘤科收治的阿片类药物相关性便秘的癌痛患者作为研究对象,按是否采用掀针疗法干预便秘分为观察组和对照组,每组40例.对照组中,男22例,女18例,年龄(61.05±8.82)岁,采取常规阿片类药物相关性便秘护理.观察组中,男26例,女16例,年龄(61.83±9.09)岁,在对照组的基础上采用掀针进行辅助治疗.比较干预前后两组患者…查看全部>>
