智慧城市建设对减污降碳协同治理的影响研究OACHSSCDCSTPCD
Research on the Impact of Smart City Construction on Collaborative Governance of Pollution Reduction and Carbon Reduction
协同推进减污降碳是兑现双碳目标承诺和实现经济社会全面绿色转型的必然选择.本文基于2006～2021 年我国210 个地级市的面板数据,利用渐进双重差分模型考察了智慧城市建设对减污降碳协同治理的影响效应及内在机制,并进一步揭示了该效应的异质性表现和空间衰变规律.研究发现:(1)智慧城市建设能够显著推动试点地区减污降碳水平的提升,且其效应总体呈现出动态增强趋势;(2)促进技术创新、推动产业结构调整与降低能源消耗强度是上述影响发挥的 3 条内在机制;(…查看全部>>
