Abstract
The co-crystal of CL-20 with HMX is beneficial to reduce the sensitivity of CL-20 under the premise of relatively small energy loss,which is one of the hot topics in the research of CL-20 based co-crystal materials.In order to promote the applica-tion of CL-20/HMX co-crystal in mixed explosives,the mixed explosives containing HMX,CL-20 and CL-20/HMX co-crystal were prepared by water suspension method.The mechanical sensitivity,density and detonation velocity of different explosive formulations were tested.Based on the detonation velocity test results of the explosive formula,the Kamlet formula was modified.Then the standard formation enthalpy and characteristic detonation velocity of HMX,CL-20 and CL-20/HMX co-crystal were calculated by modified Kamlet formula and modified Urizar formula.The results show that among the three types of mixed explosives,the mixed explosive containing CL-20/HMX co-crystal has the best comprehensive performance.Its mechanical sensitivity is less than 40%,and the deto-nation velocity is greater than 8800 m/s.Among the three types of elemental explosives,the standard formation enthalpy and charac-teristic detonation velocity of CL-20/HMX co-crystal are relatively large,which are 851 kJ/mol and 9335 m/s,respectively.关键词
