Internationalization,Supply Chain Complexity and Supply Chain Resilience

Abstract
Based on the transaction cost theory and Cox survival analysis model,this paper carries out a quantitative analysis of supply chain resilience in terms of resistance and recovery capability.It also investigates the impact of the degree of internationali-zation on supply chain resilience by exploring the moderating effects of supplier complexity and customer complexity on the relation-ship between the degree of internationalization and supply chain resilience.Using the data of 126 listed companies,the results show that firms with higher level of internationalization showed weak resistance and recovery capability.Meanwhile,suppliers'complexity can enhance the supply chain resistance,while the customers'complexity negatively affects supply chain resistance.In addition,supply chain complexity shows an insignificant impact on recovery capability.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that high level of inter-nationalization has more impact on the supply chain resistance of private firms,firms located in the central and western regions,and larger firms.关键词
