热敏灸与艾盐包热熨治疗脑卒中后便秘的差异性研究
Study on the difference between heat sensitive moxibustion and hot pressing with moxa salt in treating constipation after stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the difference of clinical efficacy between heat sensitive moxibustion and hot pressing with moxa salt in treating constipation after stroke.Methods:A total of 96 patients with constipation after stroke were randomly divided into heat sensitive moxibustion group(48 cases)and moxa salt hot pressing group(48 cases).The total effective rate and constipation symptom score of the two groups in different time periods after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:One week after treatment,the total effective rate was 93.8%in the heat sensitive moxibustion group and 87.5%in the moxa salt hot pressing group.Two weeks after treatment,the total effective rate was 89.6%in the heat sensitive moxibustion group and 83.3%in moxa salt hot pressing group.There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups in the two periods(P＞0.05).The constipation symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were lower compared with those before treatment.The constipation symptom scores of the heat sensitive moxibustion group after treatment were lower than those of the moxa salt packet hot ironing group at two time periods after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the heat sensitive moxibustion group was 2.1%;The incidence of adverse reactions in moxa salt hot pressing group was 14.6%,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.909,P=0.027).Conclusion:Both methods can effectively treat constipation after stroke,and heat sensitive moxibustion is more effective,with more obvious improvement in constipation symptom score and lower incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
