敏感四联方案联合荆花胃康胶丸治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的效果评价
Evaluation of the sensitive quadruple scheme combined with Jinghua Weikang capsules to improve helicobacter pylori mycorrhizal removal rate

Abstract
Objective:To compare the effective eradication rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of two different radical treatment schemes for helicobacter pylori infection.Methods:A total of 104 cases of helicobacter pylori infection in our hospital from July 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups:control group(52 cases),with esmomeprazole + bismuth potassium citrate + doxycycline + furazolidone;observation group(52 cases),on the basis of control group,Jinghua Weikang capsule was added.The course of treatment was 14 days in both groups.The effective eradication rate and the incidence of adverse reactions of two different radical treatment schemes for helicobacter pylori infection were compared.Results:The eradication rate of helicobacter pylori infection in control group was 80.77%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 21.15%;the eradication rate of Hp was 94.23%,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.85%in observation group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Esomeprazole + bismuth potassium citrate + doxycycline + furazolidone + Jinghua Weikang capsules has a higher eradication rate and fewer adverse reactions.关键词
