粤港澳大湾区背景下广东省中医类医院卫生资源配置公平性分析
Analysis on equity of health resource allocation of TCM hospitals in Guangdong Province under the background of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the equity of health resource allocation for TCM hospitals in Guangdong Province in the context of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(the Greater Bay Area)and to provide reference for the policy formulation of Guangdong's TCM powerhouse and the Greater Bay Area's TCM highland.Methods:Theil index and concentrated index method were used to describe the status quo and equity of health resource allocation in TCM hospitals in Guangdong Province from 2011 to 2020.Results:From 2011 to 2020,the total Theil index of health resources allocation per population in TCM hospitals in Guangdong Province ranged from 0.099 to 0.261.The variation range of the total Theil index by geographical allocation was 0.635～1.000,and the contribution rate of the inter-regional Theil index of the number of sick beds,health technicians,practicing(assistant)physicians and registered nurses was 57%～66%,which was greater than that of the intra-regional Theil index(34%～43%).From 2011 to 2020,the concentration index of the number of beds,health technicians,practicing(assistant)physicians,and registered nurses in TCM hospitals in Guangdong Province showed a decreasing trend year by year in the ranges of 0.000～0.162,0.064～0.186,0.088～0.175,and 0.065～0.222,respectively.The concentration index of the number of mechanisms ranges from-0.125 to-0.005.Conclusion:From 2011 to 2020,the total health resources of TCM hospitals in Hong Kong,Macao and Guangdong Province increased significantly,which is in line with the development trend of the construction of TCM highland in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area;In Guangdong Province,the equity of health resources of TCM hospitals allocated according to population was much smaller than that allocated according to geography,and the difference of geographical equity mainly come from the gap between regions.关键词
