我国医保支付按病种分值付费现状及建议
Situation and suggestions of medical insurance payment method based on diagnosis-intervention packet in China
摘要
Abstract
Diagnosis-intervention packet is a medical insurance payment method based on point calculation being implemented in China.However,it is currently in the exploratory stage.There are still a series of problems.On the basis of relevant literature,the author outlines the definition and grouping principle of diagnosis-intervention packet,sorts out the impact on medical,insurance,and patient factors,implementation effectiveness and problems of diagnosis-intervention packet,and proposes relevant suggestions for improving diagnosis-intervention packet,including strengthening diagnosis-intervention packet and promoting hierarchical medical system subdividing and improving disease grouping,improving the quality of medical record data,conducting performance reform,emphasizing medical insurance supervision,promoting the coordinated development of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and conducting on-site research and learning from experience,so as to provide reference basis for subsequent medical insurance payment reform.关键词
