新工科背景下产教融合深化协同育人探究
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid economic development,the construction of new engineering education is a requirement for the development of higher education brought about by the new technological revolution and industrial transformation.And,it is advanced identification,active response and initiating change.Furtherly,the construction of new engineering practice teaching is the only way to promote the new engineering education,which requires the combination of internal and external as well as integration of practice and education.This paper is aimed at the problem of talent training required by the society in science and engineering colleges and universities.It is based on a series of problems in the current process of industry-university-research cooperation,①There is a big difference between the practical ability of students and the needs of the industry;②The enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the integration of production and education is not high;③The single teaching staff and the lack of"double-qualified"teachers make it impossible to meet the training requirements for applied talents;④The government,universities and enterprises are not strong in coordination and cooperation.In response to these problems,the exploration of the integration of practice and education to deepen the cultivation of innovative ability of collaborative education is discussed.关键词
