Abstract
Water affairs engineering include municipal drainage system engineering and water drainage system engineering.In actual implementation,the mutual improvement standards are not unified.The main functions of municipal drainage system engineering are collecting and transferring rainwater.Embankments,river,reservoir,sluice and pumping station projects are water drainage system projects.According to the requirements of the Waterlogging Control Standard,the drainage area shall meet the waterlogging control standards;Whether the drainage area meets the waterlogging control standard after the implementation of the water project shall be evaluated systematically.Taking a certain drainage area in Guangzhou as an example,this article constructs dynamic one-dimensional rainfall-runoff models,one-dimensional river network hydrodynamic models,one-dimensional pipe network models,and two-dimensional hydrodynamic models.It simulates the flood safety calculation during a 100-year rainfall event before and after the construction of water affairs engineering.Based on the calculation results,it analyzes the causes of waterlogging,evaluates the flood control capacity after the implementation of water affairs engineering,and proposes optimized measures for planning water affairs engineering to ensure that the drainage area meets the standard requirements for preventing internal flooding after the implementation of water engineering.关键词
