摘要
Abstract
Bronchial asthma is the most common chronic respiratory disease in childhood.Allergic asthma is caused by inhaling allergens such as dust mites and pollen,mainly manifested as chronic inflammation and respiratory tract recon-struction.Dendritic cells play an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic asthma.The role of different subtypes of dendritic cells in dust mite induced bronchial asthma is complex and diverse.The study of the mechanism of action of dendritic cells can provide new value for clinical work,such as assessing the severity of allergic asthma by measuring the expression of PAR-2,so as to carry out early intervention.It is of great significance to study the mechanism of action of dendritic cells to improvethe treatment of asthma.This article reviews the related literature at home and abroad in recent years.关键词
