摘要
Abstract
Sepsis is life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by a dysregulated host response to infection.One of the most common organs is the kidney,which leads to sepsis-associated acute kidney injury children(S-AKI).It may be transformed into chronic renal failure or even death if not treated in time,and it has a great impact on the prognosis of the disease.Due to the limitations of the current diagnosis,it may cause the hysteresis of diagnosis,and lead to poor prognosis.Therefore,early identification of S-AKI is extremely important.In recent years,there are more and more studies on biomarkers related to early diagnosis of S-AKI.In order to help clinicians improve their understanding of S-AKI,this paper reviews the progress of diagnosis,biomarkers research and treatment of sepsis complicated with acute kidney injury in recent years.关键词
