医学模拟教学+床旁教学对实习生临床能力提升的效果评价
Evaluation of clinical ability improvement effect of bedside teaching in medical simulation teaching

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of medical simulation teaching with bedside teaching on clinical ability improvement of interns.Methods:A total of 80 clinical medical students of Grade 2016 during the internship in our hospital in 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group(40 persons)received traditional bedside teaching.The experimental group(40 persons)received medical simulation teaching + bedside teaching.After internship,the students'theoretical knowledge and basic clinical skills were evaluated.Results:Compared with the traditional bedside teaching,the students who received medical simulation teaching + bedsideteaching got better results in the aspects of theoretical knowledge(82.73±3.21 vs 80.56±3.43),clinical skills(80.98±3.26 vs 75.39±3.53).with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Simulation teaching + bedside teaching is beneficial to standardize the clinical operation,improve the clinical practice ability and strengthen the training of comprehensive quality.关键词
