论历代治黄方略中的"中国智慧"
On the"Chinese Wisdom"in the Strategies for Controlling the Yellow River in Previous Dynasties
摘要
Abstract
Looking back at the major strategies of Yellow River governance throughout history,such as drainage and water diversion,waterproofing and water defense,bundling water and sand,harmonizing water and sand,regulating water and sand,collaborative governance,and comprehensive innovation,this paper summarizes its profound historical value,and extracts the"Chinese wisdom"that inspires the present and fu-ture.The dialectical implementation of"dredging"and"blockage"is the basic logic for China's water govern-ance and development.The two-way interaction between"water conservancy"and"water utilization"is an ex-cellent tradition for China's water governance and development.The dual efforts of"water governance"and"human governance"are important magic weapons for China's water governance and development.The inte-gration and linkage of"water governance"and"national governance"is the effective guarantee for China's water governance and development.This has important theoretical value and practical significance for further enhancing cultural confidence,showcasing the achievements of China's water conservancy civilization,and building modern civilization of the Chinese nation.关键词
