摘要

Abstract

Selective laser melting(SLM)technology is particularly suitable for forming stainless steel bipolar plates with complex flow channel structures due to its manufacturing advantages of layer-by-layer printing.This paper briefly introduces the printing process and key parameters of SLM stainless steel.The multi-level and multi-scale characteristic microstructure of SLM stainless steel and its formation mechanism,the corrosion resistance of SLM stainless steel in acidic medium such as PEMFC and its influencing factors are reviewed in detail.The research progress of SLM forming stainless steel bipolar plate flow channel is summarized.Finally,the existing problems and development direction of stainless steel bipolar plate printed by SLM technology are prospected.
