The Generative Logic,Core Importance and Value Implications of Xi Jinping's Important Discourse on Party-League Relations in the New Era

Abstract
The close relationship between the Party and the League is a strong guarantee to promote the common and healthy development of the Party and the League organizations.Xi Jinping's important discus-sion on the relationship between the Communist Party of China and the Communist Youth League in the new era runs through the generation logic of the combination of theoretical foundation,historical accumulation and practical sources.and contains two core elements of always adhering to the Party's leadership of the Commu-nist Youth League.It contains the two-fold core meaning of always adhering to the Party's leadership of the Communist Youth League and clarifying the position of the duties of the Communist Youth League in the new era.Specifically speaking,on the one hand,as the founder of the Communist Youth League,the Party should adhere to its political leadership of the Communist Youth League,strengthen its guidance of the Communist Youth League's ideals and beliefs,and pay attention to its leadership of the Communist Youth League's or-ganizational construction;On the other hand,the Communist Youth League in the new era must bear in mind its position as the Party's reserve army and assistant,the bridge and the link between the Party and the youth groups,and the duty positioning of eliminating the"four modernizations"and enhancing the"three character-istics".Xi Jinping's important exposition on the relationship between the Party and the League in the new era not only inherits and develops the profound understanding of Marxism on the relationship between the Commu-nist Party of China and the Communist Youth League,but also opens up and provides the fundamental observ-ance of the healthy development of the Relationship Between the Communist Party of China and the Commu-nist Youth League in the new era.关键词
