The Inner Logic and Optimization Path of Coordinated Urban Rural Development in Qinghai Province under the Goal of Common Prosperity

Abstract
Chinese path to modernization is the modernization of achieving common prosperity for all people.Only by achieving common prosperity can the all-round development of people be implemented.The difficulty and focus of common prosperity lies in promoting coordinated urban-rural development.Research suggests that the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in Qinghai Province should follow the internal logic of the"core"role of the Party organization,the strategic goal of common prosperity,the"point axis"develop-ment concept,and collaborative linkage and governance,and continue to promote high-quality development of urban-rural integration.However,there are still issues in the actual development process,such as the need to continuously enhance the core leadership role of party building,insufficient balance between urban and rural production factors and resource allocation,insufficient endogenous driving force for mutual promotion between urban and rural areas,and relatively low initiative for diversified collaborative governance.Based on this,an optimization path is proposed to continuously enhance the Party building core's ability to lead the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,accelerate the balanced development of urban-rural production factors and resource allocation,innovate and drive the endogenous driving force of urban-rural coordinated develop-ment,comprehensively stimulate the vitality and effectiveness of urban-rural coordinated and joint govern-ance,accelerate the high-quality development of urban-rural coordination,and achieve modernization of com-mon prosperity for all people.关键词
