摘要

Abstract

To explore the differences in the composition and diversity of activated sludge microbial communities in different wastewater treatment systems,samples of activated sludge were collected from five municipal wastewater treatment plants and two industrial wastewater treatment plants(nylon and chlor-alkali).Microbial community analysis was conducted using high-throughput sequencing technology.The results showed that the αdiversity index of activated sludge samples from industrial wastewater treatment plants was lower compared to that of municipal wastewater treatment plants.Both pH and COD concentration were significantly negatively correlated with the α diversity index.There were significant differences in dominant bacterial genera between activated sludge samples from municipal wastewater treatment plants and industrial wastewater treatment plants,forming different clusters.Furthermore,analysis of functional gene diversity and abundance further re-vealed differences in the composition of microbial communities in activated sludge samples from municipal wastewater treatment plants and industrial wastewater treatment plants.
