Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tamsulosin in assisting stone removal after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for ureteral calculi. Methods 90 patients with ureteral calculi were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).On this basis, the observation group was as-sisted with tamsulosin treatment after surgery, and the stone clearance rate, lithotripsy and stone removal indicators,complica-tions and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The stone free rate of the observation group at 1 week and 4 weeks after operation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The times of lithotripsy, the time of stone removal, the use rate of analgesics and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of renal colic, dysuria, hematuria, stone street formation and other complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P;The incidence of dizziness,hypotension,gastroin-testinal symptoms, dry mouth and other adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Tamsulosin has a significant clinical effect in assisting stone removal after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy for ureteral calculi. It can effectively promote stone removal, improve the stone removal rate, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the stone removal time and hospital stay, and has less adverse reactions. It has an efficient and safe stone removal effect.关键词
