Abstract
Objective Comparing the clinical effects of laparoscopic hernia repair(TAPP)and open tension free hernia repair for adult inguinal hernia.Methods 60 adult patients with inguinal hernia who underwent surgical treatment were ran-domLy divided into two groups.The control group used open tension free hernia repair as the main treatment method,while the observation group used TAPP as the main treatment method.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the treatment status of the two groups of patients.Results The postoperative surgical time,bleeding volume,pain,and hospitalization time of the two groups of patients were compared,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The disappearance time of induration,foreign body sensation,and inguinal numbness in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After using TAPP treatment,patients will experience less postoperative pain,less trauma,lower stress response,faster recovery,and fewer complications.关键词
