Abstract
Objective To investigate and compare the effect of injection therapy with oseltamivir on influenza in chil-dren.Methods 140 cases of influenza childrenwere selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=70)and control group(n=70).The control group was given oseltamivir orally,while the observation group was treated with pramivirinjection,The blood routine values and complications of the two groups were recorded.Results the total effective rate of the observa-tion group was 97.14%,which was higher than 88.57%of the control group(P<0.05);The disappearance time of cough,fever,nasal congestion and headache in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The platelet count,white blood cell count and lymphocyte count in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the total number of neutrophils increased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,IL-6 and TNF were observed-α、The level of CRP decreased more significantly than that of the con-trol group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%,which was lower than 17.14%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion compared with oseltamivir oral drug,the effect of paramivir injection in the treatment of influenza in children is better,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications,pro-mote the recovery of disease,and have significant curative effect.关键词
