Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopic cleanup combined with intra-articular injection of sodium vitrate on knee joint function in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods 88 patients with KOA were selected and divided into a control group(44 cases)and a treatment group(44 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with a single arthroscopic debridement,and on this basis,the treatment group was treated with in-tra-articular injection of sodium vitrate.The efficacy,inflammatory response,knee function,complications,and pain level of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher in the treatment group(P<0.05);postoperative lysholms scores were higher and visual analog scoring method(VAS)scores were lower in the two groups than before surgery,while lysholms scores were higher and VAS scores were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);postoperative interleukin 1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower than those before surgery in both groups,and the values of each index were lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the incidence of complications between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of KOA with intra-articular injection of sodium vitrate and arthroscopic de-bridement can enhance the efficacy,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,relieve pain,and promote the improvement of knee function with high safety.关键词
