小儿咳嗽糖浆联合盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿肺炎的疗效观察
Observation on the Curative Effect of Infantile Cough Syrup Combined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Neonatal Pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of pediatric cough syrup combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on neonatal pneumonia.Methods 60 cases of neonatal pneumonia were randomLy divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received routine treatment.The control group was given intravenous infusion of ambroxol hydrochloride,and the ob-servation group was given pediatric cough syrup combined with ambroxol hydrochloride.The levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell(WBC)were measured before and after treatment,the effective rate of the two treatment was com-pared,and the adverse reactions were recorded during the whole treatment process.Results No adverse drug reaction occurred in both groups during treatment.After treatment,the time of cough symptom disappearing,pulmonary rales disappearing and hos-pital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cough score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The phlegm viscosity grade in observation group was better than that in con-trol group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum CRP and WBC indexes of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Pediatric cough syrup combined with ambroxol hydrochloride can promote sputum excretion in children,help improve the symptoms of neonatal pneu-monia,shorten the length of hospital stay,and have a significant effect in the adjuvant treatment of neonatal pneumonia.关键词
