Recent advances in mechanism and functional microorganism of sulfate-reducing anaerobic ammonium oxidation
摘要
Abstract
Sulfate-reducing anaerobic ammonium oxidation(SRAO)is a potential microbial process that couples ammonia nitrogen oxidation with sulfate reduction under anaerobic conditions,which can simultaneously remove nitrogen and sulfur without additional electron acceptor,and has attracted much attention in the field of wastewater treatment.This article reviews the reaction mechanism of SRAO,SRAO functional microorganisms and their interactions with other microorganisms,analyzes the shortcomings of current SRAO studies,and points out that future studies can be conducted from bioinformatics and molecular biology perspectives to discuss the interaction between functional microorganisms in SRAO system,reveal the cycling pathway of N and S in SRAO system,and analyze the internal mechanism of SRAO system,so as to provide theoretical support for SRAO process improvement and industrial application.关键词
