含油污泥化学热洗技术研究进展
Research progress in chemical hot washing technology for oily sludge
摘要
Abstract
In response to the problems of substandard residual oil content,poor product quality,and low treatment efficiency in the chemical hot washing(CHW)of oily sludge,the current research status of CHW technologies(including influencing factors,advantages and disadvantages,ultrasonic strengthening and joint treatment technologies)is reviewed,and its engineering application is introduced.The stability mechanism and the CHW mechanism of oily sludge are analyzed.It is pointed out that green,efficient,and low-cost cleaning agents should be developed in the future,high-efficiency CHW devices should be designed,comprehensive evaluation methods for CHW should be explored,and research on strengthening CHW,joint resource utilization or harmless treatment should be carried out.关键词
