摘要

Abstract

Bio-ventilation technology was utilized to remediate the simulated petroleum hydrocarbons(TPH)contaminated soil.The key factors affecting the TPH degradation rate were explored,and the degradation mechanism was discussed.The study results indicate that:Under the conditions of initial TPH concent 10 000 mg/kg,mass ratio ofC toN to P 100∶15∶1,soil moisture content 20%,ventilation rate 100 mL/min,and remediation time 63 d,the TPH degradation rate is 68.3%;The order of influence of various factors on TPH degradation rate is initial TPH content>soil moisture content>mass ratio of C to N to P>ventilation rate;By considering carbon skeleton,TPH with open chain carbon structure is more easily degraded by microorganisms than TPH with circular carbon structure;By considering carbon chain,the shorter the carbon chain,the easier it is to be biodegraded.Microorganisms use TPH as a carbon source and degrade it through oxidation,hydrolysis,alkylation,and dealkylation under the action of a series of enzymes,and the TPH with simpler structure is easier to be degraded.
