赤泥合成4A分子筛及吸附去除水中Cu2+和Mn2+的机理
Synthesis of 4A zeolite from red mud and mechanism of adsorption removal of Cu2+and Mn2+from water
摘要
Abstract
High-purity single-crystal phase 4A zeolite was synthesized by alkali melting-hydrothermal crystallization method using red mud as raw material and used for the adsorption and removal of Cu2+and Mn2+from water.The experimental results show that:Under the conditions of adsorption temperature 25 ℃,adsorbent amount 1.0 g/L and without solution pH adjustment,the maximum adsorption amount of 4A zeolite for Cu2+and Mn2+are 210.3 mg/g and 167.0 mg/g,respectively,and when the initial mass concentration of Cu2+and Mn2+is 200 mg/L and 100 mg/L,the removal rate is 98.67%and 97.34%,respectively;The 4A zeolite has good stability and reusability,and the adsorption amount remains almost the same after 5 cycles.SEM-EDS,FTIR,XRD and XPS characterization results show that the adsorption mechanism of 4A zeolite for Cu2+is ion exchange,Cu2+hydrolysis on the surface of 4A zeolite to produce copper hydroxide precipitate and Cu binding to O in the skeleton structure of 4A zeolite to form chemical bond(Cu-O),and the adsorption mechanism of 4A zeolite for Mn2+is mainly ion exchange.The affinity of 4A zeolite for Cu2+is better than that for Mn2+,and Cu2+is preferentially adsorbed when the two coexist.关键词
