摘要

Abstract

The content of As in industrial wastewater was determined by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)and atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS),the sources of uncertainty in the determination process of the two methods were analyzed,and the uncertainty components were quantified and synthesized.The results show that:When ICP-OES method is used to determine the industrial wastewater with 41.20 μg/L of As mass concentration,the extended uncertainty is 5.20 μg/L,and the As mass concentration is expressed as(41.20±5.20)μg/L(k=2);When AFS method is used to determine the industrial wastewater with 4.21 μg/L of As mass concentration,the extended uncertainty is 0.48 μg/L,and the As mass concentration is expressed as(4.21±0.48)μg/L(k=2);Standard curve fitting is the main source of uncertainty of the two methods;Standard solution preparation is one of the main factors affecting the uncertainty of ICP-OES method;The sample pre-treatment process is an important factor affecting the uncertainty of AFS method.
