空化Reboud修正经验模型的实验验证
Experimental validation to Reboud empirical correction model of cavitation
摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate the validity of Reboud empirical correction of cavitation from the level of turbulence fluctuations,a fast imaging technology for measuring the internal flow field of opaque cavitation was developed by using the high penetrability and pulse characteristics of synchrotron radiation X-ray.Based on this technology,the typical cavitation phenomenon produced in the throat of a two-dimensional venturi channel was studied experimentally,and the synchronous acquisition of instantaneous velocity field and density field in cavitation flow was realized.Through data processing,the cavitation flow field data such as average velocity field,turbulent kinetic energy and Reynolds shear stress were obtained.The experimental results show that the existence of two-phase mixture significantly changes the distribution of turbulent fluctuation field in the cavitating boundary layer;the ratio of Reynolds shear stress to turbulent kinetic energy(τ/k)is not a linear function of the mixture density(ρ),deviating from the Bradshaw hypothesis;the Reboud correction model with constant n=10 is sufficiently close to the trend of the experimental results to predict more accurate Reynolds shear stress and turbulent viscosity level,therefore it can correctly simulate the overall characteristics of cavitation morphology evolution with time.关键词
