超短波联合中药塌渍对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的治疗效果
Curative effect of ultrashort wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet compression on patients with postherpetic neuralgia

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical curative effect of ultrashort wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)wet compression on patients with postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 60 patients with PHN in Shangrao People's Hospital were enrolled from March 2021 to May 2022 as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ultrashort wave,while observation group was additionally treated with TCM wet compression.The pain,clinical curative effect,adverse reaction and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results After 7,15 days and 1 month of treatment,the pain scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the pain scores of obser-vation group were lower than those of control group after 7 and 15 days of and 1 month of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 1 month of follow-up,the re-currence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Ultrashort wave combined with TCM wet compression can effectively relieve pain,improve response rate of treatment and reduce recurrence rate in PHN patients.关键词
