通心络胶囊应用于冠心病患者治疗效果及对心血管临床事件控制的影响
Therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo Capsules on patients with coronary heart disease and its influence on the control of cardiovascular clinical events

Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo Capsules on patients with coronary heart disease and its influence on the control of cardiovascular clinical events.Methods A total of 200 patients with coronary heart dis-ease admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,Jiu Jiang NO.1 People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the con-trol group(100 cases)and the observation group(100 cases).The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was combined with Tongxinluo Capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial function,blood lipid level and cardiovascular clinical events control effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the level of serum endothelin-1(ET-1)in the observa-tion group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of nitric oxide(NO)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of cardiovascular clinical events in the observation group was 4.00％,which was lower than 12.00％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Con-clusion Tongxinluo Capsules can achieve significant effect in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease,which can not only improve its clinical efficacy,improve vascular endothelial function and blood lipid levels,but also improve the control effect of cardiovascular clinical events.关键词
