Abstract
In response to the temperature control problem caused by the complex influence of in-frared radiation characteristics in the surrounding enviroment of a small long-life star sensor on sun-synchronous orbit,a quantitative analysis method is proposed for the solar direct external heat flux and surrounding infrared radiation imposed on the star sensor in this paper.Based on the analysis results of external heat flux,the thermal design concept is gradually determined.Taking a certain remote sensing satellite as an example,detailed thermal design and simulation analysis are carried out,and the simulation results show that the flange temperature of the star sensor meets the indicator requirements under various working conditions.Finally,an analysis is conducted on the operating conditions of the refrigeration system in the star sensor,demonstrating the impact of refrigeration on temperature fluctuation of the star sensor.The results can provide a design ref-erences for further optimizing the thermal control performance of the star sensor.关键词
