双相情感障碍患者冲动行为现状及其相关影响因素分析
Analysis of impulsivity behavior in patients with bipolar disorder and its related influencing factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the current situation of impulsive behavior in patients with bipolar disorder and analyze its related influencing factors.Methods A total of 80 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.The irritability single factor in the nurses'observation scale for inpatient evaluation(NOSIE)was used to evaluate the impulsive behavior of patients with bipo-lar disorder,the general information questionnaire,and the clinical data of all patients were counted in detail.The differ-ences in general demographic data of patients were investigated and compared,and the related factors of impulsive behavior in patients with bipolar disorder were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results After evaluation,the irritability factor score of 80 patients with bipolar disorder ranged from 10 to 24 points,with an average of(17.50±4.10)points.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of irritability factors among bipo-lar disorder patients with different education levels,hospitalization times,social support and illness uncertainty(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the score of irritability factor between bipolar disorder patients with dif-ferent gender,age and comorbidities(P＞0.05).Multiple linear regression model was constructed,and the results showed that the education level of junior high school and senior high school,the number of hospitalizations≥3 times,low social support and medium to high degree of uncertainty in illness were independent risk factors for impulsive behavior in patients with bipolar disorder(P＜0.05).Conclusion The impulsive behavior of patients with bipolar disorder is generally at a mod-erate level.Education level,hospitalization times,social support and illness uncertainty are related factors of impulsive be-havior of patients with bipolar disorder.关键词
