Research on the Influence Mechanism of Commanders'Strategic Psychology on Battle Command Behavior under the Condition of Information War
摘要
Abstract
In order to explore the influence mechanism of commanders'strategic psychology on battle command,emotional intelligence is introduced as a regulating variable.A questionnaire survey is conducted among 56 battle commanders.AMOS7.0 software is run,a structural equation model(SEM)is established to explore the function mechanism of commanders'strategic psychology on battle command behavior.The results show that there is a significant correlation between strategic psychology and battle command behavior;strategic psychology will significantly and positively affect the commanders'operational command behavior;emotional intelligence performs regulating function between strategic psychology and battle command behavior.关键词
