控压引流联合尿激酶注入在脑出血微创治疗中的临床研究
Clinical study of pressure-controlled drainage combined with Urokinase injection in minimally invasive treatment of cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy of pressure-controlled drainage combined with Urokinase injection in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Eighty patients with supratentatal spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)who were admitted to Songyuan Central Hospital,Jilin Province from May 2021 to May 2023,were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into study group and control group according to odd-even group method,with 40 cases in each group.In the study group,Urokinase drainage was injected intermittently under pressure-controlled drainage after minimally inva-sive catheter drainage,while in the control group,Urokinase drainage was injected intermittently under zero pressure after minimally invasive catheter drainage.The time of hematoma clearance,the time of improvement of consciousness distur-bance,the number of rebleeding cases,the time of diagnosis and treatment in hospital and the Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)were compared between the two groups.Results The clearance time and hospital diagnosis and treatment time of intracranial hematoma in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the improvement time of disturbance of consciousness and the number of re-bleeding cases between the two groups(P>0.05).GOS prognosis score of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of pressure-controlled drainage and Urokinase injection can significantly enhance the drainage effect,shorten the course of disease,reduce hospital stay,and is easy to promote.It is applicable for grassroots hospitals.关键词
