钴胺素转运蛋白1在肺腺癌中的表达及其与患者预后的关系研究
Research of expression of transcobalamin 1 in lung adenocarcinoma and its relationship with prognosis of patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of transcobalamin 1(TCN1)in lung adenocarcinoma and its relationship with the prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 60 patients with lung adenocarcinoma who underwent surgical treatment in the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.Lung adenocarcinoma tissue specimens and adjacent normal tissue specimens were taken,and the expression of TCN1 in lung adenocarcinoma tissue and adjacent tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry.The relation-ship between TCN1 expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with lung adenocarcinoma was an-alyzed.Results The positive expression rate of TCN 1 in lung adenocarcinoma tissues was 71.67％(43/60),which was higher than 3.33％(2/60)in adjacent normal tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.001).Forty-three TCN 1-positive patients in lung adenocarcinoma tissue were set as the positive group,and 17 TCN 1-negative patients were set as the negative group.The proportion of clinical stage Ⅲ,poor differentiation and lymph node metastasis in the positive group were higher than those in the negative group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in age,tumor diameter,gender and tumor type between the two groups(P＞0.05).The positive ex-pression of TCN 1 was positively correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma patients(r=0.319,0.288,P＜0.05),and negatively correlated with differentiation degree(r=-0.269,P＜0.05).The survival rate of patients with positive expression of TCN 1 was lower than that of patients with negative expression,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion TCN1 is highly expressed in lung adenocarcinoma,and its expression is closely related to the clinical stage,differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis and prognosis of patients,which can be used as an important indicator for clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung adenocarcinoma.关键词
