Information Sharing Capability Assessment Method Based on Operational Information Network Model
摘要
Abstract
The problem of assessing the information sharing capability of the operational system of systems is studied.Based on the DoDAF 2.0 framework,an operational information network model is proposed,which describes the characteristics of information in the system of systems from the process perspective and the object perspective.Combined with the information quality theory,five assessment indexes are proposed:information access means richness,information circulation degree,information impact range,information sharing density,and information sharing efficiency.The model and evaluation indexes proposed in this paper are used to analyze the actual combat cases and achieve the evaluation of the information sharing capability of the operational system of systems.The results of this paper can be used in the verification and optimization of the architecture in the design phase of the operational system of systems,and also in the organization and operation phase of the system of systems to provide upgrade suggestions for improving the information sharing capability.关键词
