Abstract
Based on the periodic temperature variations of thermal control coatings of MEO and GEO satellite,this paper presents an method for estimating in-orbit performance changes of these coatings using an undetermined coefficient approach.The method relies solely on temperature da-ta,eliminating the need for satellite solar incidence angles,material thermal capacities,and other parameters,thus reducing the requirements and computational complexity for inversely estima-ting the in-orbit performance changes of thermal control coatings based on temperature.Using this method,and considering the existing in-orbit degradation data of the satellite optical solar re-flectors(OSR)and ground experimental data as references,while also accounting for the stability of the computed data,We estimated the in-orbit performance variation of the OSR's solar absorp-tion ratio on a certain satellite over a period of approximately three years ranging from 580 days to 1670 days.The results indicate that the solar absorption ratio on the satellite's OSR has only increased in by less than 0.01 over this approximately three-year period,demonstrating excellent stability.关键词
