摘要

Abstract

The temperature distribution of the pipeline heating belt in the satellite propulsion sys-tem is a fatal factor affecting the achievement of the propulsion system task and the high reliabi-lity of the long satellite lifepan in orbit.The dependent variable and influence rule of temperature distribution of heating belt in main pipeline are studied by basic test method in the paper.The test results show that the temperature level and distribution uniformity of the temperature field in the pipeline heating belt are greatly affected by the diameter of the heating wire,diameter of the pipe-line,winding process and working current.The quantified independent variable influence rule and mechanism analysis are obtained based on test measured data.The research results can provide reference data for the reliability and safety design of the pipeline heaters in satellite propulsion system.
