洛铂与顺铂在辅助宫颈癌患者化疗中的效果比较
Comparison of efficacy of Lobaplatin and Cisplatin in adjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer patients

Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy of Lobaplatin and Cisplatin in adjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer pa-tients.Methods Thirty patients with cervical cancer treated in Anshun People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(15 cases)and control group(15 cases)according to random number table method.Observation group received Lobaplatin adjuvant chemotherapy,control group received Nedaplatin adjuvant chemotherapy.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate of tumor,serum hypoxia-inducing factor 1α(HIF-1α),vascular epidermal growth factor(VEGF),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and proline hy-droxylase 2(PHD2)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions dur-ing chemotherapy in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of tumor in observation group was 13.33％(2/15),which was not statistically significant com-pared with 20.00％(3/15)in control group(P＞0.05).The levels of VEGF and HIF-1α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of AFP and PHD2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical application effect of Loplatin in cervical cancer chemotherapy is sig-nificant,with few adverse reactions and high safety factor,which can be referred for application.关键词
