产前超声筛查胎儿脑室增宽在评估不良妊娠结局中的应用
Application of prenatal ultrasound screening for fetal ventricle widening in the assessment of adverse pregnancy outcomes

Abstract
Objective To study the application value of prenatal ultrasound screening for fetal ventricle widening in the as-sessment of adverse pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 83 cases of fetal ventricle widening pregnancy diagnosed by ultrasound from January 2016 to January 2021 in Fujian Maternity and Child Health Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The detection rate of fetal ventricle widening and non-isolated ventricle widening were analyzed by prenatal ultrasound,and the significance of isolated ventricle widening and non-isolated ventricle widening in evaluating adverse pregnancy out-comes were compared.Results There were no significant differences in prenatal fetal and postpartum neonatal head color ultrasound detection of different degrees of ventricular widening(P＞0.05).A total of 42(50.60％)cases of non-isolated ventricular widening were detected in prenatal fetuses,and 41 cases(49.40％)were detected in postpartum neonatal head color ultrasound.There were no significant differences in nervous system abnormalities(29 vs.28),cardiovascular system abnormalities(5 vs.5),skeletal system abnormalities(4 vs.4)and placenta abnormalities(4 vs.4)(P＞0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome of isolated ventricular widening was 21.95％(9/41),which was significantly lower than that of non-isolated ventricular widening 45.24％(19/42),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Prenatal color Doppler ultrasound has a high diagnostic accuracy for fetal ventricular widening,and fetuses with non-isolat-ed ventricular widening detected have a higher risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which needs clinical attention.关键词
