Abstract
Objective To investigate the levels of coagulation factors in pregnant women with varying severity of preeclampsia-eclampsia,and assess the significance of coagulation index determination for disease treatment and prognosis. Methods The coagulation levels of factors(PT,TT,APTT,FIB,D-D)in mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia, and healthy pregnant women were measured and compared.Pregnant women with preeclampsia/eclampsia were categorized according to complications, and their coagulation levels were compared between groups. The diagnostic value of coagulation factors in severe preeclampsia/eclampsia was analyzed by ROC curve. Results The statistically significant difference between the three groups was observed(P<0.05).As the severity of the disease increased, the levels of PT and APTT decreased whereas the levels of TT,FIB,and D-D increased.Additionally, the variation in the same index levels among different groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of PT,TT and APTT were lower in the complication group compared to the non-complication group, whereas the levels of FIB and D-D were higher in the complication group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The area under the curve of D-D,PT,TT,APTT and FIB in the diagnosis of severe preeclampsia was 0.896,0.904,0.756,0.855 and 0.848,respectively.The diagnostic value of TT was found to be the lowest, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of coagulation indexes in patients with preeclampsia-eclampsia increase as the disease worsens. Each coagulation factor serves as a valuable indicator of disease severity.关键词
