某院他汀类药物联合大环内酯类抗生素代谢性相互作用分析
Analysis of metabolic drug-drug interaction of statins combined with macrolide antibiotics in one hospital

Abstract
Objective To explore the metabolic drug-drug interaction(MDDI)of statins combined with macrolide antibiotics(MA),and to provide reference for reducing the risk of clinical use.Methods A total of 99 prescriptions combining statins with MA were collected in our hospital.The utilization and potential MDDI between statins and MA were analyzed.Results The department of general family medicine had the highest frequency of statin prescriptions combined with MA,accounting for 69.70%of the total 99 prescriptions.When ranking the usage proportion of statins from high to low,the results were as follows:rosuvastatin(33.33%),fluvastatin(23.23%),simvastatin(22.22%),and atorvastatin(21.21%).Among all combined medications,rosuvastatin combined with azithromycin had the highest usage proportion at 19.19%.The severity grading of MDDI differed between statins combined with erythromycin/clarithromycin and those combined with azithromycin;mainly grade B for the former and primarily grade C or D for the latter.Conclusions There is a potential MDDI between statins and MA at our hospital.Clinical practice requires monitoring medication dosage vigilantly to mitigate medication risks.关键词
