摘要

Abstract

In order to accurately measure the temperature of the heating surface covered by flame,the color charge-coupled device(CCD)camera and an infrared camera were used to capture the flame images at the same time.The boundary radiation intensity information in the 0.38~0.78 μm and 3.95 μm spectral bands were obtained,then the DRESOR method was used to decouple the flame radiation and wall radiation which received by the detector,so as to filter out the flame radiation from the radiation detection information at 3.95 μm and to measure the wall temperature distribution of boiler heating surface.The experimental verification was carried out on a 330 MW pulverized coal boiler,the temperatures of the water-cooled wall and the screen superheater were measured respectively,and the measurement error was about 4.1%compared to thermocouple.On the flame thickness of 1~2 m near the water wall in the boiler,the flame radiation can be filtered out and the wall can be observed by using the MWIR detector at 3.95 μm.This study can supplement the development of radiation temperature measurement methods,and provides an important reference for monitoring of slagging and fouling on the boiler heating surfaces.
