Abstract
The cascade hydropower stations in the Wujiang River Basin are faced with the maintenance requirements of a large number of units,which involves a large number of maintenance tasks and management work.In order to formulate a comprehensive and detailed standardized process for the whole process of maintenance,it is necessary to start from the top-level design,personnel training,brand building and other dimensions to build the core competence of self maintenance for cascade hydropower stations in the main stream of Wujiang River.The author analyzes the necessity and development ideas of the core competence construction of self maintenance,and expounds the main contents of the core competence construction of self maintenance,which can provide some reference for the standardized management of self maintenance for hydropower stations in the basin.关键词
