Reformation and Application of Guide Vane Lever of No.2 Hydroturbine in Xijin Hydropower Plant

Abstract
After the reformation of Unit 2 in Xijin Hydropower Plant,the output of the hydroturbine increased from 57.2 MW to 65 MW,resulting in insufficient operating torque of the guide vane lever.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the guide vane lever to increase the operating torque of the distributor.By calculating the operating torque of the guide vane,measuring the initial angle of the guide vane,and re-determining the eccentric angle of the guide vane lever shear pin,the guide vane lever and the connecting lever are modified.The modified guide vane lever meets the operation requirements of the unit under various water heads and output states.Practice has proved that the reformation of Unit 2 in Xijin Hydropower Plant has achieved the expected goal through of the guide vane lever reformation without replacing the guide vane.关键词
