Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules on vaginal flora and pregnancy outcome in patients with bacterial vaginosis(BV)in third trimester.Methods A total of 140 patients with BV in the third trimester of pregnancy treated in Heze Peony People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(70 cases)and observation group(70 cases)according to random black and white balls.The control group adopted conventional treatment,the observation group used Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules.The vaginal lac-tobacillus count,clinical efficacy,pregnancy outcomes(preterm birth,puerperal infection,neonatal jaundice,premature rupture of membranes)and adverse reactions(lower abdominal pain,skin pruritus,infection)of the two groups were com-pared,and the vaginal pH and vaginal cleanliness of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the normal rate of lactobacillus count in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse pregnancy out-come in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The vaginal pH in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the normal rate of vaginal deanli-ness was higher than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no signifi-cant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Lactobacillus Vaginal Capsules in the third trimester BV patients can improve the treatment effect of the disease.Compared with conventional drug treatment,it can reduce the adverse pregnancy outcomes,reduce the vaginal pH,ensure vaginal cleaning,and play a more important role in the improvement of the normal rate of vaginal flora,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
