多层螺旋CT血管造影技术在非小细胞肺癌诊断中的价值分析
Value analysis of multislice spiral CT angiography in diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Forty-eight patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chi-nese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 48 patients with benign lesions ad-mitted to Dongguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the control group.Both groups were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT angiography.The relevant imaging image features and diagnosis results of the two groups were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT angiography was highly consistent with the pathological diagnosis results,the accuracy was 98.96％(95/96),the sensitivity was 100.00％(48/48),and the specificity was 97.92％(47/48).The serrated sign,lobular sign,vascular aggregation sign and burr fraction of pa-tients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The CT values of tumor at different stages(arterial stage,venous stage and extended stage)in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no significant dif-ferences between the two groups in maximum density projection,surface imaging and volume reproduction resolution scores(P＞0.05).Conclusion The application of multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer has a high accuracy,can clearly observe the characteristics of patients'focus images,can provide accurate and reliable basis for clinicians to diagnose,and can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.关键词
