银离子抗菌凝胶和纳米银烧烫伤贴敷料在重型天疱疮患者中的应用效果
Application effect of silver ion antibacterial gel and nano-silver burn dressing in patients with severe pemphigus

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of silver ion antibacterial gel and nanosilver burn dressing on severe pemphigus and to provide evidence for promoting wound healing and improving prognosis.Methods A total of 40 patients with severe pemphigus were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group.The control group received potassium permanganate bath intervention,and the observation group received silver ion antibacterial gel and nanosilver burn dressing intervention.Wound healing,pain level and bacterial clearance rate of the two groups were observed after 14 days of intervention.Results After 14 days of intervention,the wound healing rate(85.00%)and intervention effect(90.00%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(50.00%and60.00%),with statistical significance(χ2 =5.584,4.800,P＜0.05).The mean VAS score was(3.45±1.03)points in the observation group and(4.62±1.25)points in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=12.535,P＜0.001).The bacterial clearance rate intheobservationgroup(85.00%)washigherthanthatinthecontrolgroup(55.00%),and the time to start treatment,VAS score,length of hospital stay and hospitalisation cost were shorter/shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(all P＜0.05).Conclusions The use of silver ion antibacterial gel and nano-silver burn dressing in severe pemphigus patients can improve the bacterial clearance rate,accelerate wound healing,reduce pain and have a good interventional effect.关键词
