CT征象与肺腺癌瘤内纤维化程度的相关性分析
Correlation analysis between CT signs and degree of intratumoral fibrosis in lung adenocarcinoma

Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between computerized tomography(CT)signs and the degree of intratumoral fibrosis in lung adenocarcinoma,and to provide scientific data for clinical evaluation.Methods A total of 82 lesions in 80 patients with lung adenocarcinoma who underwent CT scanning were collected,and the diameter of the lesions,the presence or absence of lobulation,burr,bronchial truncation,vascular cluster,pleural indentation(PI),CT plain scan density and metastasis of the lesions were analyzed.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between CT signs and the degree of intratumoral fibrosis of lung adenocarcinoma.Results Of the 80 instances of lung adenocarcinoma examined,21 were of grade I,36 were of gradeⅡ,and 23 were of gradeⅢintratumoral fibrosis.There was no significant difference in the diameter and CT plain scan density of lung adenocarcinoma patients with different degrees of intratumoral fibrosis(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in the degree of lobulation,burr,bronchial truncation,vascular cluster,PI degree and metastasis(P<0.05).Spearman grade correlation analysis showed that the degree of lobulation,vascular cluster,PI degree,bronchial truncation and burr were positively correlated with the degree of intratumor fibrosis(r = 0.504,0.573,0.518,0.304 and 0.413,all P<0.01),but the metastasis was not significantly correlated with the grade of intratumor fibrosis(r =0.160,P=0.156).Conclusions The lobulation degree,vascular cluster,PI,bronchial truncation,and CT sign burr indicate the intra-tumoural fibrosis degree,which possesses clinical relevance when evaluating lung adenocarcinoma patient prognosis.关键词
